Quick reminders
Parking: Fernbank’s lot is limited. Please carpool or rideshare if possible. Only 60 spaces are available for self parking. Valet will be $25 for everyone after that.
Eat before you arrive: Our courtesy small bites are first-come, first-served from 6–7 PM only. We recommend a pre-game meal so you can focus on dancing.
Schedule:
6:00–7:00 PM — Welcome & networking reception
7:00–8:00 PM — Live band & performances
9:00 PM–12:00 AM — The party
Plus: An additional room with a DJ will be open to keep the energy flowing and give you options throughout the night.
No cigars: Please note that cigars are not permitted on museum property.
Photos: We’ve set up three photo areas to capture the magic. I’ll also be doing a live photoshoot on the feather wall for ~2 hours—step in anytime for that look.
A portion of event proceeds will support our community partners: Hope Today Intl, Edify Teens, and The Lord’s Hands.
